Here we've tried to answer the issues most likely to arise from this website. This page is a work in progress. If you can't find the answer to your question here, please email us.

Privacy & Security
- Is my personal information secure?
- Yes. This website uses high-grade encryption so that no personal information can be intercepted between your computer and ours. We also use several other forms of defence against data theft. You should always use the latest version of your web browser.
- Who gets to see my information?
- Only the people running the event you've registered for, and the site administrator, have access to your details. These people may not sell nor give away your information, and they must only use it for the purpose for which you gave it.
Identity
- Why do you offer so many options?
- In short, we hate passwords. We offer you several ways to tie your account here to an account you may already have somewhere else - that way you don't need to remember another password. In many cases it also means you can log in with one click (if you're already logged in to Twitter, for example).
- Do I have to create an identity?
- No, and we won't be offended if you don't. Right now there aren't actually many reasons to do so, but we plan to change that.
- I've forgotten my password. Can I get it back?
- No. We don't actually store your password in a way that we can retrieve it. You can however set a new password on this page.
